What people usually ask us
Do we need AI licences first?
No. Foundation courses and leadership sessions run without licences. Hands-on training and build work use the tools you already have, and we can advise on licensing if you're still deciding.
How is training delivered?
On-site, online, or a mix of both. Sessions run in Cantonese or English, and course materials are in English.
Which AI tools do you work with?
Most of our clients run on Microsoft, so that's where our hands-on training and build experience is deepest: Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate and Power BI. If your organisation uses other AI tools, we'll assess them with you and tell you what we can deliver on them. Our foundation courses are vendor-neutral, so what staff learn applies whichever tools you choose.
Is our data used in training?
Training sessions don't use personal data from your organisation. Anything we build runs in your own tenant or environment.
How long does it take?
For courses, the duration and dates come with the quote. For build and infrastructure work, timings come with the recommendation that follows the assessment.
How is it priced?
Courses are quoted from our course list, or after a short call for a tailored programme. Build and infrastructure work is quoted after an assessment, so the price reflects your actual process or environment.
